1.2 New The internal inspection records were not properly filled because there are very few observations to each criteria assessed and these observations fail to appreciate the observations made during internal inspections. Also, it was found that no mechanism of producers monitoring has been put in place for the correction of non-conformities observed during internal inspections by the group. The interview of the members of the approval committee also revealed a non-mastery of the approval procedure, punishment and exclusion procedure. It is the same for the agrochemicalapplicators on the application procedure. Minor
2.1 New The Group's risk assessment matrix does not include farms, the costs of compliance and external inspections as recommended in the standard. Minor
3.3 New Internal inspectors who have also been designated as producers trainers do not possess a suitable driving gear (bikes) enabling them to track all the plantations they must cover. This lack of monitoring does not allow the producers to make correctly all requested activities. This fact was also mentioned during the last audit. Minor

10.5 Minor In the plantations visited, sections of Koffi Blekro, Alloukro, Gouriela and Zouglasso, have an accumulation of empty pods cocoa, which does not give a positive image of certified plantations. Minor
10.6 Minor The group does not contribute to the reduction of greenhouse gases and the increase of CO2 storage. Waste management activities and crop residue management and planting of shade trees are not fully realized. Minor
1.2 New Programs developed by the group do not take into consideration the objectives and activities on the medium and long term. Minor
2.7 Minor In over 70% of the farms visited, the producers did not maintain vegetative barriers between their cocoa plantations and they sheds, frequently usedroads. Major
2.8 Minor During the visit of the plantations in the sections of Bekro Koffi, of Alloukro, Zouglasso and Gouriéla, it was observed a small number of shade trees in the plantations. Indeed the group has distributed shade trees but the number of tree is not enough (averaging 6 trees per hectare) Minor
4.4 New It was found during the visit of Gouriéla section a mismanagement of domestic wastewater (sewage from toilets, laundry, and dishes are thrown in nature). Minor
6.9 New The Annex store to the phytosanitary productsstorein Koffiblékro section does not meet the required standards. Indeed, the walls are neither smooth nor waterproof. Absence of retaining walls at the entrance, low ventilation, the soil is permeable and natural light is less than 5% of lighting in the store. Minor
7.5 Major The group has not undertaken any collaborative activity to the efforts of environmental education and research work in the region related to the theme of the environment. This non-compliance has been charged to the group during the last audit but no activity was undertaken. Major
8.1 Minor Over 70% of visits plantations continue not to implement good agricultural practices identified in the integrated management program crops such as sanitary harvesting and sizes. Minor
9.2 Minor In plantations, it was found that no producer has made compost made from waste pod breaking as teach in farmer field school (CEP). Minor
10.2 Minor We observed the use of open dump in all the sections we visited specially in Koffiblékro, Alloukro, Gouriela and Zouglasso sections. Major
10.3 Minor The final garbage disposal area for most producers visited is located near homes pose a risk to human health. Also the separation of organic and inorganic waste is not practiced in the sections of Alloukro, Gouriela and Zouglasso Minor
